Sure it will, just make sure you show your CallerId on the phones used.
You can define up to five different number on your account.

Here's what I usually do.

Get a local SIM card, once there.
Call the Local Rebtel "RebCall" number, log-in, and select "use this as my primary number" in the IVR.

After that all contacts/calls flow as usual To this new number.
To get the new local numbers would require you to access the web/mobile web.
