Hi Mary,
I had a look at your profile and did not see any of the errors you saw, which is strange.
I could see all your Flock accounts but there were no bookmarks (but your database file was not corrupted which is strange too).
The good news is that your backup (bookmarks-2009-07-16.json) has all your bookmarks and you can recover it. Your bookmark icons will come back once you start visiting the site you have bookmarked.

Hello Claire,
Thank you for sending us your profile. I looked at it and tracked down the problem to the corruption of places.sqlite in your profile folder.
This is what you can do:
- export your bookmarks to a html file (in Flock choose Favorites-Organize Favorites)
- delete that places.sqlite file as well as the bookmarkbackups folder.
- Restart Flock and import your bookmarks from the html file you created

You can save the whole profile. It is stored in different places based on what type of computer you use.

Mac OS X
The profile folder is in a folder named "Flock," and you'll find it on this path:
(your home folder)>Library>Application Support>Flock
Linux
~/.flock/browser/
If you want to just save your favorites, you can export them by going to Favorites/Organize Favorites or (Favorites/Favorites Manager in Flock 1.2)

It seems that you database got corrupted and we are sorry about that.
You will have to rename, in your folder, the file flock-data.sqlite to oldFlock-data.sqlite. You can send it to me for verification at http://www.yousendit.com to performance@flock.com.
