Sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue. Could you please tell me what OS you have, and what version of Flock you are running?
In MyWorld, could you please go to Widgets, deploy the flyout, and then try to enable them? Does this not work? Do you get an error message? If so, what is it?

You do not need to copy files at all. Just Back up your Feeds in your old version, and then Import them into the 2.5.5.

1. Find your Profile.
2. Find the file Flock-data.sqlite
3. Rename it flock-data-backup.sqlite
4. Restart Flock.
5. Add the feed.

Could you please expand upon this? Is youtube not loading? Is it not configuring in the sidebar? Do you get any error messages? If so, what do they say? What version of Flock are you using, and which OS are you running it on?

Well, if this problem is displaying itself for other browsers also, there's not a bunch we can do about it, as it's not a Flock problem. What you could do is post your question on AOL's Getsatisfaction page instead.

Could you please try forgetting your profile in the Accounts and Services sidebar, forcing the Update again, restarting Flock, and then re-configuring the account? Your configuration may be messy.

You're using a pretty old version of Flock, which could definitely be causing your issue. Could you please go to flock.com and install 2.5.5 (our latest release) and let me know how this works? It will likely solve the problem.

If this is happening in Firefox also, that would mean it is a Mozilla issue and not a Flock issue. As a result, we can't do much about it.
That being said, I can try my hand at some general troubleshooting. Try clearing your cookies on both browsers and trying out the games. To do this, go to Tools >> Options >> Privacy >> Show Cookies, and then delete the cookies for the games/the websites of the games. Or, conversely, you can select Clear All. The latter will nuke all cookies, however, so use it with care.

We recently had some issues with Photobucket's API. This has been fixed, however, so PB should be working for you by now. If it's not, please go to Tools >> Options >> Advanced >> Update, and click on Force Service Update. Then, restart Flock. That should solve your problem.

Hi Ces,
In firefox, go to Bookmarks >> Organise Bookmarks >> Import and Backup >> Restore >> Choose File. Select the .json file and your Flock favourites will be stuck into Firefox.
