Give it a try to copy you username and try paste it in to the username field.
1. Copy username
2. click on the username field
3. paste username (ctrl+v)

To troubleshoot offline, try following steps:
1. Uninstall Spotify ( win: control panel -> add/remove programs)
2. Now go to your personal firewall/internet security and find any settings for Spotify, delete them.
(EX: Norton, Windows firewall, and others security apps)
3. Now we should have a clear platform, a fresh start!
4. Http://www.spotify.com/download - download and install latest spotify
5. Try login and see if you get online
6. Check your firewall/internet security app to make sure that Spotify application is allowed to connect to the internet.
Now you should be able to connect, if else there is most likely a company firewall not allowing you to connect, if so please talk to your it department.

- As we show in the video here you must first make a playlist available offline (on iphone you are required to connect to a wifi to make tracks available offline).
After you made tracks available offline, you can set the phone in to flight mode and play that playlist with out connection. Give it a try!

Hmm, hopefully you will not see more of this now since you are only using two. I assume you have not uninstalled/reinstalled either. Next time you have access removed, please email premium support and let us know more and we will try to look in to it more in your case. Since it's sounds a bit random on your account. :( But hey, maybe we can find out what is causing it!

Hi all,
The offline system is still a bit sensitive and therefore if you start syncing offline tracks on a 4th device (before de-authorizing) the offline access will be withdrawn from one of the devices/computers.
If you reinstall a iphone/android phone this will count as a new device and will remove one of the other offline devices since it most likely was not de-authorized (de-authorize by uncheck all the playlists that are available in offline mode).
We understand that this can be frustrating if an access is removed. We also understand that we can improve how we manage the offline devices. And we have reported this to the development team for the future.
So to solve the problem, just restart a iphone (that have been changed) and sync the tracks again.
Please note, if you change the password your offline tracks will also required to be re-synced.
