We have this on my phone and my husband's phone. It seems to work correctly on my phone. However, he's the one that's disabled and can't read or write emails and therefore is the one that needs this, and we CAN'T get it to work on his phone. It has the same message as stated above. We will try what has been suggested regarding opening a Sarari page and report back in.
