Hi - you can add a different transport type for each leg of your trip. If you click 'Add another stop on this trip' you'll see that 'by plane' etc is shown for each leg. However, at the moment you can't specify a transport type for the return leg (i.e. when you're going home) - this is something we'll be including in a release soon.
Hope that answers your question.

Sorry you've been having problems. This is a strange one - the minifeed is updating for us and so it should be for you too.
One thing you could do is check your settings, as it's possible that minifeed updates are turned off. Go to http://www.facebook.com/editapps.php and click 'edit settings' next to the Dopplr application. Make sure both the feed options are turned on.
Let us know if you're still having problems.

Hi David
Thanks for your suggestion. We're actually working on something just like that at the moment. Letting people add times to the journeys will also allow us to be more accurate with alerts of when people are arriving or leaving a place (e.g. on the Facebook feed). So keep your eyes peeled :)
Cheers
Celia

An update on this issue. We've now added many more places to Dopplr, and if you add places to the GeoNames database then we'll include them in Dopplr, too. For more detail, see our blog post on the subject here: http://blog.dopplr.com/2008/06/12/24-...

Hi there
Yes, this is something that we're looking at including soon. It will be a 'multi-stop trip' feature, so it will work for all sorts of scenarios: multi-hop trips, road trips and boat cruises. We’re working on a first version in the near future, but it will need more work, and some testing, to make it work for heavy travellers.
