I'm receiving multiple SMS messages of other people's tweets. My tweets aren't being duplicated.

Hello. Did you mean that two copies of your tweets show up on your account? Or did you mean that you receive two copies of every tweet?

You can log a support ticket at http://twitter.com/help

In that ticket, I suggest you include:

1. Your Twitter username
2. Your country and mobile network
3. Your description of the problem (as above)
4. Sample URLs to duplicate tweets
5. When you first noticed this behavior

If tweets you send via sms are showing up twice on your account, I suggest you don't delete the duplicates for a while so they're still viewable when someone from Twitter Support looks at your account.

I completely agree. If it HAS to be 100%, logically if I select 60% in the first bar, the second has to be 40%...so why not just do it for me? (Only problem is when it has three bars.)

Yup... there are a number of areas where it needs to be more obvious where you can click and stuff happens... thanks!

I agree, but people seem to like filling those buckets. It feels more game like, I guess.

Well, that, indeed was my problem -- figuring out what to list as industry. Right now I work for a company that does software development. Previously, I worked for companies that were financial institutions so that was easier. But I am doing roughly the same work, just with changing rules that apply. Risk Management & Operations might well indeed work because I think the risk manager title (and work) will migrate to other industries from the financial arena as time passes. thanks for thinking about it, in any case.

Risk management seems like a "subindustry" to us... what would be the high level industry there? Business management? I wonder if risk management is too specific. Would it be wrong to call it "Risk Management & Operations"?

Just realized something. If you automate the second bucket, the fun filling of the bucket, which tons of people liked, essentially disappears. You never get to fill the bucket.

Hmm... we'll have to think about this and see if we get more feedback, because as cheesy at it sounds, people like filling that silly bucket.
