It sounds like you have somehow ended up with the trial version (the lite version) which only works for five vmails. Could you let me know your device key which can be found in the info section of the application. Please email it to support@adelavoice.com and we will look into the problem.-

We have extensively checked the server operation on our end, and all seems to be OK. vMail xpress does work well on the Edge network as well as 3G. However, a solid connection is required to send a vMail. My guess is that, at the time you get the can't connect message, you are not solidly connected to the Internet. A way to check this is to see if you can navigate to www.adelavoice.com using the safari browser. Please let me know if you cannot seem to connect regardless of connectivity. We will then try a more targeted strategy to determine the problem using support@adelavoice.com.

The vMail xpress Lite editition is there for you to try out the application to see if you like it. It offers identical features to the vMail xpress $9.99 version except you can only send up to five vmails. The limitation exists because we have operational costs associated with sending out email (server costs, etc.). The text describing the lite version on Apple's app store does reference this limitation. ("Send up to five vmails..."). I hope this answers your question.

ipcray, thank you for your patience with this one. And thank you for the positive response. As the developer of this program, it means a lot to us when we know our customers enjoy the product and it is working well for them. Speach recognition is not an easy problem to solve, and we will continue to invest in adding features to the product. The next release (later this month) will be faster on startup and has some other goodies too! (free upgrade). Thanks again for your patience.

If you do sync with Exchange, the new version of the app just posted last night (10/4/2008) should now work for you. If you are still having problems, email us at support@adelavoice.com.

good news. Apple just approved the new version of Voice Dialer. It should now work properly with your exchange-sync'ed contacts. Please let us know if you still have any problems.
Simply go to the app store and re-download the app.
Sorry for the delay... Once we submit to Apple, there is little we can do to speed up the process.

VeeMail works in all languages, however its UI is in English. Also, it has a voice dialer built in to find contacts that works best in English as well. However, you can also choose contacts to send VeeMail to manually, if the dialer does not recognize your language. Lastly, the UI of the web application that your recipient uses to hear/view the VeeMail is in English.
