A comment on the question "Problem with Comment Widget expanding side bar too wide" in IntenseDebate:

Man sorry to bug you but now that I got your ear for jjust another moment, now when I add that piece to the stylesheet it fixed the problem in Firefox but now the widget won't load in IE, either 8 or 7 :( and if it does now it's width is goofy where the jump to button is outside of the widget, strange.

any ideas on that one sir? would be greatly appreciated

ps the actual blog is at http://chicagoray.blogspot.com and to see the problem one must view it in both IE and Firefox and the expansion of the widget occurs only in FF, on occasion it happens in IE but always in FF at any screen resolution

everyone has this problem when uninstalling it as you can see they don't give a shit trying to address it. I had this problem 6 months ago and today try it again, still no fix/

The picture is deceiving, the right sidebar is actually twice the pixel width of the left or the size when the comment widget is removed\ chicagoray.blogspot.com only in firefox it does this, not IE which usually is the one that sucks

I have a problem with the comment widget and it involves the view in firefox where it expands the column twice the width of the sidebar, again only in firefox but not in IE 7 or 8. anyone else out there have this problem, and if so any correction available?

Not a do or die but an annoyance that bothers me aesthetically

Fo instance today at 12:30 pm cst I am Number 6 in Network Politics, yet blog doesn't show on mine or other people's widgets regularly at the correct nor any position whatsoever, Yesterday I was number 9, same thing. Day before that # 10 same thing,

The feed is correct as all the content on the chicagoray Widget page is there and everyone elses shows in the correct position..what's up with that?
