Clif replied on May 26, 2009 02:44 to the question "Should I use the same password for my invite key and my PBwiki Account?" in PBwiki:
PBworks, (formerly named PBwiki) no longer uses Invite Keys. There is only one login for most users. You can access all of the workspaces (wikis) you have permission to access by visiting your PBworks Account homepage.

Hi Jame,
You mention the word "legal" and I have to tell you that it's best to consult your own attorney for that advice.
However, you may get a better response in a less public setting. Please consider posting this same question by using the "Contact Support" button on our help services page.

If you wish to wait, I can direct someone who may know this to this page. You will get a much quicker response using the Help link at the top of your workspace.
You can also submit the question to our API group.

Thanks for the suggestion. I'm not sure you can share a private video at VZAAR. It looks like you have to be logged in as the video's owner in order to view it.
Here's what they say in the FAQ:
Video Privacy
When you upload a video to vzaar you can choose to make it private or public. By making it private, only you will be able to see the video on vzaar. By making it public means that the video will be made public on vzaar for everyone to see. – Clif, on May 14, 2009 02:40

Hi C
This is not a feature we have at this time. However, you can create a site map as shown here:

Sorry, I don't recall your workspace name or your email address. You'd have to submit a ticket using the Help link in order for me to do a search.

Clif replied on May 09, 2009 17:30 to the question "Upload multiple files" in PBwiki:
Sorry about that everyone. I'm not sure why this happened but it did have something to do with supporting the newest version of Adobe Flash.
I've had problems on many websites recently and updating my Flash plugins seemed to be the answer in many cases.
Go here to be sure you have the latest version:

I tried the tool I recommended earlier and it didn't work for me. I ended up using a Google Gadget instead. – Clif, on May 08, 2009 04:34
Clif replied on May 08, 2009 03:12 to the problem "'Save' returns to front page after saving" in PBwiki:
Hi Thomas
This isn't a problem we've had any one else telling us about recently. That makes me suspect that there may be some unusual content in your pages that's causing this. Perhaps something that may have been added to the SideBar page?
In order for us to diagnose this, we'll need some private info from you. Please contact us directly by using the "Help" link at the top of your workspace pages.

Hi Domo,
I just want to add a little to Julian's great answer. I've worked a little with the Fliqz people. Your question was about how safe they are.
They are as safe as you allow them to be as far as privacy is concerned. When you upload to Fliqz using our plugin, Fliqz does not broadcast or display the link to your video in public. However, if you were to post the video in a public page, you are the one broadcasting it. The only real drawback is that you'll have to contact Fliqz support in order to have the video removed from their servers. You can work around that by signing up for a free Fliqz.com account which allows you to control the privacy settings of any videos you upload and also delete any uploaded video.
Julian's advice is best if you want hands on control of the video file. Uploading the file to your workspace offers you the best privacy protection, You can display the uploaded file as a file link in a page but if you need to embed it in the page, you may need to add some Flash embed coding to the page by pasting it into our HTML plugin.
That can get complicated, but somewhere I saw a nice online tool to help you generate the embed codes ... where was that?
Ahhh .. here it is.

Clif replied on May 07, 2009 03:40 to the question "wrap text around picture" in PBwiki:
Hi Thierry, sorry for the confusion.
You may be reading some of the information that's left from an older version of PBworks. Image alignment is easily done without hacking the source code.
You can set your image alignment to wrap text around the picture. To do this, go into edit mode and right-click (or control-click on the Mac) the image. From the menu that pops up, you'll want to choose "Image Properties." You can then set the image alignment.
See this page for more tips:

(see the alignment option in this image dialog?)

Hi Peter,
I just wanted to let you know that we have added better tracking features. Unfortunately, these are not included in our free workspaces at this time.
Our legal edition (premium) allows the wiki administrator to track all changes made and by whom they were made.

I'm sorry if this is not what you wanted to hear. Is there anything else you need help with?
Clif replied on May 06, 2009 02:31 to the question "Navigator folders default setting" in PBwiki:
Hi Domo,
The folders that you see in the Navigator typically are determined by the page that you are viewing. If you have added the FrontPage to the Admin folder, that would explain why it is the folder showing when you visit the FrontPage.
If you visit a page in another folder, that page's folder will be displayed in the Navigator.
I hope this helps - but please stay in touch if there is anything else I can do for you.
