Don't forget to ask your host for assistance. Mine is GoDaddy and I call them up anytime I have a situation like you have stated. If you are unable to call or have e-mail contact with the company you might consider changing. It is less frustrating in the long run.

I just found another cool tool, http://whosread.com/ It actually has the count of how many people are currently on your page...sweetness!

Many of the websites that I have been visiting lately (WAHM) have plug boards. I went ahead and added one a few days ago, more as an experiment then anything else. I want to ask your thoughts and opinions about adding this type of tool. A couple of important notes; it is a free service and I have full control over the content that is added. My 2 cents as a Synthasite user...the building offers easy--->complex, the support team stands by your side all the way, other webmasters here are full of information and very giving. This would be an awesome site to offer for students from beginner to advanced.
