It works fine if the window is already open

My error console says:

I'm not entirely positive when this message was added (I think when you click the growl)

There is also another error, but it might have been there before.

(Side note: When the main window is closed but the error console, I can't press command-1 to open it, I have to click on the postbox icon in my dock. My menu goes to only have a Postbox option and no others. [Not really a big issue, just commenting])

I have the same problem. When I click on a growl, it opens the Postbox 'Mail and Newsgroups' window, but the panes on the right never show up.
It can only be fixed by closing the window and re-opening it

Maybe my problem is unrelated?
I have an email thread that was working fine yesterday.
Then today I was deleting some messages and noticed that now the date on the thread is from 4/29/09.

Search seems faster now, but still freezes the UI for the duration of the search. I tried a new search term 'wired', and it took maybe 3 seconds. It's strange, some terms are real, some still hang for a few seconds -- doesn't seem dependent on the #of results (wired brings back less than 100 results)
For the most part, it is much, much better tho:)

I was clicking in the global search field also. Was typing tokbox (Which i guess triggers most of my mails).
Tried jira also, not as many results, so faster.
Much faster in 16b, still locks up the UI though.
Switching back to an old search tab is much faster now.

I'm using a 2.4 Ghhz old unibody 15" MBP with 4gb DDR3 ram. I just noticed that after doing a search in a tab, going back to that tab cause the same lockup as there was originally.

I can't select text i the debug area for some reason, but here are the numbers:
14,735 messages in this folder (sqlite)
14740 messages in this folder, 14740 indexed (mork)
110006 messages indexed 0 pending to be indexed, 9170 pending to be deleted
(Can add message Id if you need)
Other folder:
6288 messages ... (sqlite)
6288 messages ..., 6288 indexed (mork)

Hey,
I find when I search that it locks up the entire app, including other messages I am composing. It would be nice if you moved search to it's own thread so that I could continue writing emails while I wait for search to find my mails (it could also be faster)

OK, found a solution (I think this is what fixed it)
Saw someone mention sites accessing 3rd-paty cookies.
That is a bit scary for me, so I tried adding laterloop.com to the allowed cookies list, in the thought that it may enable laterloop.com to read other cookies. This seems to have fixed it (but ymmv, i was trying a few fixed)

The firefox extension (and toolbar link) don't respect my login info.

I just signed up for laterloop, got the extension, and logged in with my google creds.
Then restarted ffox and tried to use the extension. Got an error and was redirected to the login page.

I saw that I was logged in in the top corner, but clicked the google login button anyway. Said I was logged in, but
a) There isn't a 'remember my info' checkbox,
b) It didn't save it in a way that either the extension or bookmarklet found it.

So, I made a regular account to see if that would work, but found all of the same issues.
