Hi Lee,
It's all about overriding the default css stylesheet. Just take the name of the css property you what to edit and then re-create in your own css file. The web developer add-on for firefox was a great help.
psd is the file extension for a photoshop file, which some web designers use as a website template. – Connor McCarra, on December 12, 2009 00:51

Looking good Lee, suits your website. I have also been messing around with Yola styles. Here's an example of what can be done with the 'Square Glass' style. Here is what I did with a bit of css editing:
- I pushed the banner area up further out of the content area and pulled the content area down.
- I pushed up the navigation and made it transparent.
- The blog search is the default yola one, and still works.
- Edited the look of the continue reading button to make it a bit nicer looking.
This is just a few hours editing and shows the capabilities of Yola, and Yola Pro.
I also made my own .psd style template and uploaded it to Yola for review, just waiting for a reply now!

Hi Gerard,
That is because your site has been developed for viewing on desktops, it has not been optimized for viewing on iPhones.
There is an internet application called InterSquash which allows you to make an iPhone compatible version of your website using a working RSS feed of your site.
Here's a video demo of the site:

A comment on the question "My site has issues with Internet Explorer..." in Yola:
You are very correct, in some respects. Internet Explorer is not the most popular though. The only reason IE is still living is because:
1. It comes pre-installed on windows, which many people just accept and use.
2. Because of people who may not be technically minded, and don't realize that there are alternatives. They believe IE is the internet, not a browser to help you view the internet, but the internet itself. – Connor McCarra, on December 06, 2009 19:35

Hey Booms,
Unless I'm not understanding what you want to do, I think GW does show things like this.

_____________________________________________________________

In the last screenshot it tells me the url that is returning the 404 Page, the pages that are linking to it, and when it was detected. Is this not what you want?

Hi Randy,
If you want to be super safe you could type out your email address in photoshop or something than save it as an image and use that. Though it might annoy users by not being allowed to copy it.
You could create a form with JotForm and put it on your site. This would allow users to contact you on the site quick and easy while not showing your actual email address.
Or do what I do, just put it on your site. I haven't recevied any spam because of it.

I suggested something like this a few months ago: http://forum.yola.com/yola/topics/an_idea_for_yola
I have had a lot of experience lately with WP and it is, well awesome! Though it's target audience is very different compared to Yola's. Plugins are one of the main reasons why Wordpress has become so popular, that and it's vast extensibility.
I would be interested if Yola did bring out something like this that would allow Yola "power" users to create plugins and to be able to submit their plugins for review by Yola. Though that would be alot of hard work for those already hard working programmers at Yola!
