Indeed they have. The entire book, including the updated full-length exam (ch 15), is now available in Rough Cuts.

Also, if you just can't wait for our new edition that does cover the 4th Ed PMBOK, you can purchase a pre-release version in PDF format via Rough Cuts , here: http://oreilly.com/catalog/9780596805.... That currently has chapters 1-7 available, and the remainder will be uploaded next week (including the practice exam).

Hi Ahmed, do you mean materials to teach PMP to others, or test materials that you can take to prepare for the exam? We do offer a practice test online here: http://www.headfirstlabs.com/PMP/free.... And we have a second edition of the book in the works (which will have an updated exam) that corresponds with the new version of the PMBOK.
