Hi Jill. To delete the invite from your facebook page, just do the following:
1. login to your facebook account
2. click your name on the upper right, next to settings
3. find the invite listed on the page
4. hover over the invite with your mouse pointer, you should see "remove" appear as a choice off to the right
5. click remove, this will remove the invite from your facebook page.
