Yah, kind of strange. The reason I asked is that I had one similar report from a customer & wanted to see if I could establish a pattern (someone adjusted their volume & that's when it happened, etc.).

Are you using external speakers? You could move them a little as well (the echo is caused by conflict between speakers and mic).
