The main line number you gave above is the only number I have seen published, yes, I have been using that main line. I use the automated system which prompts me to push 2 for Returns. (after a previous prompt to get me there) Once I push 2, the Voicemail system comes on and states "All reps are currently assisting.....the typical wait message, which is fine" What is not fine, is the cell phone counting up to 26 minutes wait time while waiting on the speaker phone option so I can accomplish other tasks. This was my third call with a wait time like this so that is what prompted me to research online and found this site; I needed to know if anyone else found someone to talk to and how they did it!
Now, after a few days, I decided to give you guys another try, to my surprise, I connected with a rep who indeed, issued my RMA and got my second product in the mail today. We'll see how this goes. The reason I say that is, my first product, Credit # 8794, is confusing. Is it a credit?
