I haven't really been missing his feature, as most IDE's just mess up the "smart" indentation, and the option to align to previous line has worked very well for now :) But It'd be awesome if Coda would have a really functioning smart indentation

Add a section for old sites in the Sites menu. Fopr example just a 2nd category underneathe current one, so that you can get ols sites out of the way.

Could you add the option to not mark files for publishing, when working with SVN folders. As it's highly time consuming clicking clear every once in a while. Also this could just be a site specific option that you could disable publishing.
