I actually just found out where that image was.. it was somewhere in the Music Folder File itself.. To get rid of it, I had to move the contents from the folder and delete and remake the folder, then move the files back. How on earth it got there is beyond me, but I suppose I will always use subfolders, going forward. there?

OK, I could not find any image, other than what are on the respective songs metadata. However, I got it resolved by simply creating subfolders for all artists.

Empty Album Art replaced by an Album I No Longer Have

I just did a 50th clean install...seems like all the missing album artwork i have right now, have been replaced with Sly and the Family Stones album art. SO, I am not getting the missing album artwork Icon.

When I clear the metadata through songbird, it removes them all, but if i then clear the library in songbird and re-import them, the images still return... even after removing that Sly album from my computer.

My library is organized in ONE folder, without subfolders, and there is nothing in the folder that is not mp3. (see attached.. and incidentally see the persistent lack of track duration time, which is already reported)

This is my suggestion... It may lack technical beauty, but the idea is obvious. The multiple border colors is to ensure it would be visibly bordered on just about any backdrop.

I am sure that people with the know-how could make the bird in the middle look more 3d or whatever:

Open source and community input...Simply the way forward. So impressed to see what Dustin (and rcw003 below) are doing. He is not just talking, but showing the other options. Way to go man. I must admit that Black won't do.. and maybe we need some orange on the songbird pages to make us feel more normal accepting the orange bird color.

Now we know that we will have some folks offering alternative Songbird Icons as addons... right?
