Hi Piet le Roux,
I'll respond to both issues in this reply.
Updating: Typically each topic should update at least daily. We have had sporadic updating issues (you can search GetSatisfaction to see posts / responses). When this happens it could be a couple days for things to get caught back up to date.
Things Disappearing: This is typically a 'cache' issue. There are may ways in which we cache data and while we make every effort to keep these things in sync sometimes they get out of sync. Typically the data is still there, it's just not showing up.

Hi beiji99,
Dipity is pretty customizable. If you fill out the information on this form (https://www.dipity.com/premium/plans/...) we'll get a hold of you and can schedule a meeting to review the different options, talk about your implementation and what customizations are supported.
