Hi Cindy,

Yes! There is a button below the timeline in the lower right-hand corner that says 'add a topic' you can use this button to create a new timeline.

You can create timelines in 3 ways:
RSS - From an existing RSS feed where the timeline will show the data from the RSS feed

Websearch - Enter in a search term and we'll go get content for you that matches the search tearm

Blank - Start from scratch and add in accounts, images, videos etc.

Thanks for following up. We're working on IE8 support and there are known issues that are going to take us a couple weeks to resolve. We currently support IE7, FF3 and Safari 3 and don't explicitly support Chrome, but it's good to know it works there. You can put IE8 in to 'compatibility mode' and it should work, though we've not verified this at this time.

Printing is something we're working on but don't have a release date at this time.

We're taking a look at this now. It's likely the case that the data is not actually missing, we've been making some changes to the back-end based on the first report from last week. I'll update this as soon as I have more information.

We discovered the problem this morning at 1AM, fixed it and pushed the fix out.

At this time we do not offer an export to DVD option. We've been thinking about how best to offer and may offer something in the future.

We do easily allow you to connect up with other services that might enable you to export to DVD.

For example if OurStory can take an RSS feed they can pull information from Dipity and you can export to DVD from their service.

We've made some changes over the past couple of days and this shouldn't be an issue.

If you're still seeing the problem can you provide links to the timelines that are having issues?
