It sounds as though you are correct, however, I haven't heard of this problem before.

Has anyone else experienced this in Windows XP? and if so, was there anything that helped?

I'm not around a machine with windows on it, but I believe in XP you can change your internet setting through "Control Panel > Internet Options".

If anyone else knows how to do this, please speak up

Thanks for the reminder about the default browser. The only problem is, I have checked/marked the box which usually pops-up whenever I switched on Firefox and now, I have no idea where to correct the error relating to "make Firefox your default browser",

By the way, I am using windows XP.

hey akt,

I assume (correct me if i'm wrong) that you mean that this happens when you upload a screenshot with the desktop client, and you click "view screenshot".

by clicking "view screenshot" it will automatically open the url in your default browser. Try changing your default browser, and let me know if that works.

by the way, are you on mac or windows?

we're aware of the problem, however, we have currently turned out attentions elsewhere, so i'm sorry to say that the new release is a ways off.

I don't know if you've looked into using Shup at all, but it seems to be the best option for anyone using windows. There's some discussions on here that will fill you in a bit more
