We have been unable to duplicate this issue. What number are you attempting to reach us on? We can be reached during our normal business hours via our toll free number which is 1-888-651-3431 or our main local number which is 1-262-338-3431. Our normal business hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5:30pm Central Standard Time. If you can give us a specific time and date as to which you were calling we may be able to look a little deeper in to this issue for you but everything is functioning correctly on our end with no other reported down time. The main factor aside from weight capacity which is fine in your case will be the total rise that you're trying to go up with this ramp. The scg-5 is only good up to about 10 inches (2:12 Slope) when used with an occupied wheelchair.
