dnd,
Our problem is that qif files - even from UK banks - vary in the date formatting they use between dd-mm-yyyy and mm-dd-yyyy. Thanks, banks.
We have some code to guess the format based on some fairly involved rules - one of which is a test for whether it's a date in the future (and therefore rules out that guess).
Our server runs on UTC time and so for that hour you may well have experienced a problem with very recent transactions reported in BST.
Can you just confirm that this is now what you find - the same statement uploads ok? If not we have bigger issues ;0>
We have been wanting to improve this a bit (i.e. once it's worked out the format it remembers it for that account against the future upload when it's ambiguous) but apart from your problem it's actually been pretty robust...

hmm actually it seems to be with the dates in the statement...it's just switched over to midnight and the date on the transaction is 'today'...and it seems freeagent doesn't like that...maybe it's a timezone thing and it thinks that the transaction is in the future?
if i manually edit the qif and shift the transaction to yesterday, it's fine.

can't upload qifhi, i'm having trouble uploading qif files for my bank statements. It used to work fine, but has stopped working today. All it says is 'It wasn't possible to process that file. Are you sure you selected the right format?'
