Can follow but can't sent new follower a message
I can't send a message to my new followers. I can follow them but not post a message. Everything else works fine.

Why can't I DM my followers?
Has anybody figured out what going on with not being able to DM followers. I've got this message for the past 3 days. "Something is technically wrong. Thanks for noticing—we're going to fix it up and have things back to normal soon." You'd think they could fix it in 3 days or at least give a reason. Everything else works fine.
