DragonDream replied on October 11, 2009 15:38 to the question "How to talk in the middle of a game?" in ChessCube:
During a game look on the right and you will see the tab where your PGN displays after every move you make, just underneath that you will see a small white box. Click on that and type whatever you want and then press "Enter". Your message will then appear in the same place your PGN appears...
Hope this helps :)

After speaking to some people about this problem some other things to prevent this error is if you are using Internet Explorer make sure you are using Version 7 and if you are using Mozilla Firefox have the latest version of it. Also make sure you are not dowloading anything at the time as this can also cause the error to come up.

DragonDream replied on October 04, 2009 17:37 to the problem "How can I invite a friend to play" in ChessCube:
Go to your Friend's list (the Yellow button) and click on the friend you want to invite, this will open up a window where you will be able to pvt them. On the right under their Profile picture scroll down and you should see 2 buttons - View Profile and Challenge. Click on Challenge and bing! You can invite your friend...
Hope this helps... :)

DragonDream replied on September 30, 2009 14:59 to the question "How can I be a moderator?" in ChessCube:
I think you guys are missing the point, as marilize said, "DO NOT repeatedly ask moderators to recommend you - this will simply give them reason not to do so. Thus step 1 is REALLY important!" - so don't keep asking to be mod in a certain room, instead work hard on ChessCube to become a good, helpful, citizen... if you are already doing this AND you are not constantly asking if you can become a moderator it will let other mods on CC recognise this and THEY will come to you recommending you as a mod.

DragonDream replied on September 26, 2009 09:14 to the question "PGN game moves not available and Flash 10 request for login page" in ChessCube:
I will try to answer both your questions:
1) Yes, the PGN for each game automatically appears in the same window as the chat during the game, you will be able to see each move on the PGN appear as it is played, however if you want to COPY these moves, click the "Copy PGN" button just under where the TakeBack and Resign Button would be (It looks like a small square with an arrow) and after clicking that you must open Notepad or another word processer and Paste it there. If you do not Paste it somewhere else then it would be pointless clicking that button.
2) Sometimes what happens is if you have a non-IE browser then you install flash on IE and you play CC on another... you have to download flash for EACH browser you want to use it for - for example: You download Adobe Flash for IE but you play ChessCube on Mozilla FireFox.
If you are using FireFox go to the Adobe Flash Test Page(http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/welcome/) and if a tab at the top appears saying "You are currently missing required plugins for this page" then click the Install Missing Plugins. This will update you to the latest version of Adobe Flash on that browser.
Hope I helped with your questions :)

DragonDream replied on September 25, 2009 11:35 to the problem "Error occuring before beginning to play" in ChessCube:
To get your games working again try and follow these simple steps...
1) Clear your caches - to do this on IE, go to Tools>>Internet Options and click on Clear History, to do this on FireFox go to Tools>>Clear Recent History and make sure that Cache is selected and that you select Time Range to Everything. I have not tested this on other browsers but the steps should be similar.
2) Refresh your browser - click the "Refresh" button at the top or press F5 (logging out and in again will not work, you need to refresh the browser itself!)
3) Play your game - log in again and play your game! At this point it should work otherwise it is a problem with ChessCube itself and you will have to be patient until this is fixed.
Hope this helps everyone with the same problem, thanks for reading.. :)
