From Rebtel's side you will only be charged for the rate from your friend's country to your country. As a usual Rebtel collect call.

Rebtel calls are connected using VoIP, but I will guess you mean making calls from a VoIP/SIP client on your computer. This is not possible through Rebtel as per today.

At the moment Rebtel is designed to be used from mobile phones or regular land lines by dialing our local numbers.

It's hard to tell without looking at the specific number you called.

There are different rates to different landlines in UK. These are our rates to UK:

United Kingdom - Personal Numbers $0.890
United Kingdom - Premium Numbers $0.490
United Kingdom - Special Numbers $0.490
United Kingdom - All Country $0.019
United Kingdom - All other Mobiles $0.180

Once you add a contact to your friend, Rebtel will give you a local number that will connect the call.

Dial the Rebtel number the phone you registered and your call should be connected.

At the moment we are unable to provide a solution like the one you suggest.

If your contacts live in Rebtel countries, then they will all receive a local number to call you back, but you will have to add them as contacts first.

We are constantly working to add more countries but at the moment Brunei is not one of them.

The only way for your contacts to call you to a Brunei number is if they open their Rebtel account and add a contact to you.

I would suggest that before using your UK mobile phone in Brunei you check first with your phone provider how much they will charge you for roaming for making and receiving calls from there.

I'm not sure I totally understand the issue you describe. I would guess you are trying to retrieve your PIN.

You can retrieve a new PIN on the web by clicking on "Forgot pin" at the login screen, you have the possibility to choose between email or SMS delivery.

You can also contact us at customerteam@rebtel.com and we'll be able to help you out from there, make sure you include your registered phone number and email address.
