Rebtel subscribers will be able to make calls at a reduced rate to India for a 60-day period following a prepayment of $ 25 USD or more. The offer is valid for qualified payments from 09/03/ 2009 until 6/8/2009 unless communicated otherwise.
The other offer you mention with the 30 day period expired in January.

If you have issues with the verification of your number, you can also verify it by calling any Rebtel number from the phone you want to verify.

Please note that if a payment has failed, sometimes your credit card company books the money for the transaction, but it is not charged and goes back to your account after a few days.
