It sounds as if the phone you are trying to call from is not the one you registered and added credit to, or that you are calling from a hidden number.

Could you please make sure that you are calling from the phone you registered and that your number is not hiding your CallerID when you call out?

Seems that 2 of our numbers in Turkey are not working.

We heva contacted our carrier and are awaiting response. We are also working on deploying a fix ASAP.

It is of course our highest priority that all users can make a payment without friction, but sometimes our payment provider denies them for different reasons. I checked in our rates history and we have had the same rates to Netherlands since you signed up to Rebtel on the 19th of February 2009.

I checked your account history as well, which you can also see by clicking on "My account" and all your calls have been charged at the same rate.

If you find any inconsistency or you have a screenshot or any evidence that you were charged a lower rate for calling mobiles in the past, you are welcome to contact us at customerteam@rebtel.com

Remember you can also use Smart Calls to Netherlands and pay nothing to Rebtel!

The Special Rates to India offer is valid until the 6th of August 2009, unless communicated otherwise.

The rates are valid for 60 days after a credit of $25 or more.

If your rates are about to end, you can add $25 more and you will receive the special rate for 60 more days.

When you make a Smart Call, you and your friend will always pay your phone operator for the cost of the local call, at whatever rate you have agreed with them.

If local calls are included in your plan, then there is no reason your operator should charge you for calling local Rebtel numbers.

Try logging in with your complete international number including country code.

You can also try to retrieve a PIN number by going to the log in screen and clicking on "Forgot your PIN".
