This morning is the first time in 6 months that I actually have a problem running Auto Populate.


I hit it 15 mins ago, and I got the message: "An error occurred." I navigated away from the page for a sec, came back to the Populate tab, I saw the "Populate All Your Connections For Free!" link was available again, so I clicked on it. This time it tells me "Your Populate All is already running."


Every time I navigate away from the Populate tab and return to it, though, the green link is available.


15 mins later, I still don't have a message in my Interaction Feed to indicate that all my connections have been populated. And the green link is still available.


Please help? Please please please?

Auto Populate Button Did Not Work Correctly

Love this idea. Please implement it. Kramaley Games already keeps track of interactions over 7 days on mayor walls. In my naive mind, this should be easily applied to connection reports too. Thanks. :)

I'm back to update my ticket because something even weirder is happening during auto pop and Return All Favors.

2 connections have copied-and-pasted the following feed message on my wall to show me what I've managed to 'give' them, and I don't know how this is possible:

"You have been given 10 people. Sincerely, the mayor of Stumpty Numpty.
This action was performed by a connected city.
(1 hour ago) Delete
You have been given 2 people. Sincerely, the mayor of Stumpty Numpty."

So I've given at least 2 newly made connections 12 people a day in the last 48 hours. LOL. I'd hate to lose this problem but I guess it should be looked at. :)

Inaccurate # of people given by connections during auto-pop.

The problem has happened again: I am seeing 2 people instead of 10 received from connections, even though the connections were made more than 24 hours ago:

You have been given 2 people. Sincerely, the mayor of Mollystown.

I connected with Mollystown 2 days ago (http://apps.facebook.com/metropolisga...).

There was another city where I saw this issue on my feed a couple of days ago but I thought maybe the server is trying to catch up so I didn't worry about it. But Mollystown and I have been connected for more than 48 hours so I'm wondering what's up.

Order of connections messed up after this morning's scheduled maintenance.

After this morning's scheduled maintenance, a number of us noticed that the order of connections on our Connections tab has been re-arranged. It's no longer in chronological order, i.e. from oldest to newest. Please fix this because many of us rely on this to tell us who our newest connections are. Thanks.

So after monitoring my feed in the last 48 hours, it seems things are back to normal again. I got the 10 people from newly minted connections and never saw the error again. Perhaps it really is a case of lag between the time of the connection and the actual feed response.

I just got a new connection and my feed reported the correct number of people added:

"You have been given 10 people. Sincerely, the mayor of Assorted Nuts.
This action was performed by a connected city.
(just now)"

I'll continue to monitor my feed, though.
