Hi Lee,
Unfortunately this is a bug we are currently dealing with that is being looked into. Is that a .gif image; the bug seems to be more frequent with .gif images. Are you able to try converting the image to another format, possibly that might make a difference. We're sorry for the inconvenience. Let us know if you are able to try this and if it makes a difference.
I have to say, your site is looking awesome and I love the banner!

Emmy replied on November 21, 2009 17:49 to the question "How to make a member logon page with a user name and password created" in Yola:
Hello Oneida,
With the password protection feature, when a visitor to your site enters the username and password this will put a cookie on their browser that will store the username and password so they don't have to enter it again the next time. Anytime someone accesses the password protected page from a computer that has never accessed the page before, they will be prompted for the username and password.
What you can do if you want to have the password and username reset each time someone leaves the site is have them clear the cache. Here is a link with more information on how to do this: Clear Browser Cache.
Hope this helps!

Looks nice John, makes me think of Christmas! I would agree with Alex, the menu items are very difficult to see unless you scroll over them, possibly another banner where white text would easier show would be better.
I'm not sure if you have considered adding a blog to your site, but being that your site is travel related this might be a nice addition.

Hello Irorabaugh,
You need to use the meta tag option to verify your site with Google Webmaster, not the HTML file option. We have a tutorial which will step you through this process as well as submitting a sitemap, here is a link: Google Webmaster Tutorial.

Hello Gabe,
We would suggest that you add Google Analytics to your site, this will allow you to not only track your visitor's, but also their behavior on your site. Here is a link to a tutorial which will step you through this process: Google Analytics Tutorial.

Emmy replied on November 20, 2009 18:36 to the question "How do a website's new page get number 1 in google within minutes of adding that new page?" in Yola:
Hi Donald,
I just did some searching for information on how page rank is determined and there is a soooo much information out there on how this works, it might just take some reading up on how this is measured and how to increase your own page rank. I would however definitely say that linking to, and being linked to, from higher PR sites is better than lower PR sites.
As always, the more good things you do for your site in the area of link building, content adding, and optimizing the content so the search engines are aware of the topic is the best way to move forward with SEO and increase your PR in the process.

A comment on the question "How do I get my new site up with Godaddy, yet without DNS control?" in Yola:
Hello Maria,
I'm sorry, I am not sure why you do not have domain name management from GoDaddy if that is where you purchased your domain, I have not come across this situation before. Just so I am clear, you purchased your domain name from GoDaddy, but you are not able to edit your domain settings? There is a difference between where your domain is hosted and where your site is hosted. You have a domain name from GoDaddy, but being that Yola is where you have your website, we will be your website host, not GoDaddy.
I do understand that this can be confusing; if you would like you can email me at support@yola.com and I can assist you further in this matter and take a look at your settings in GoDaddy. You can mark your email to support Attn: Emmy and I will pick it up.

Yes, email requires domain name management which is what GoDaddy provides you with. So if you have set up email with Google Apps in your GoDaddy account this will still work. – Emmy, on November 20, 2009 00:49
Emmy replied on November 20, 2009 00:03 to the question "How do I get my new site up with Godaddy, yet without DNS control?" in Yola:
Hello Maria,
To utilize a domain name you have purchased at GoDaddy for your website built with Yola you will first need to configure the A Record to point towards our ip address; you can do this in your domain manager at GoDaddy.
We have a tutorial which will step you through the process of doing this with GoDaddy: Publishing your site on your own domain.
If your email is all ready set up through GoDaddy that is just fine, it can stay that way. When you point your domain to Yola by editing the A Records, we are just your host, GoDaddy will still provide your email service.
Hope this helps, let us know if you have any questions.

Emmy replied on November 19, 2009 22:48 to the question "HTML 'back' option" in Yola:
Hello Stewart,
Here is the code that will do what you are wanting to do. You will need to replace filename.jpg with the name of your file that you want to be the Back button, and you can remove the <!-- at the beginning and the --> at the end.
<!--
<INPUT TYPE="image" src="resources/filenam.jpg" VALUE="Back" onClick="history.go(-1);">
-->
Hope this helps!

Hello ai,
Marije is currently offline so I can assist you. Just so I am sure, you are referring to the RSS Widget that is on a blog page correct? Can you tell me your url so that I can take a look at this and see how it functions; I will then be able to provide more information!
Thanks,
