Hi Thor,
I am finding that I can post on some threads and not on others. This one is fine: http://forum.yola.com/yola/topics/get...
You will see that I just left a test comment.
While this one I cannot post at all: http://forum.yola.com/yola/topics/web...
I get the error that Laura posted a screen shot of earlier in this thread.
Good luck!

Hey everyone,
Get Satisfaction has repaired their trouble and Yola employees are now able to post on threads.
Aside from that, Yola is experiencing a slight technical difficulty and we needed to disable logins for a short time. Here is a link to the thread: Logins disabled for a short time.
Sorry for the inconvenience.

Logins disabled for a short timeHey everyone,
We are experiencing a slight technical difficulty and our engineers needed to disable logins for a short time for a fix. As always, we are working hard to get you back into your Site Builders as quickly as possible.
Thanks for you patience,

Hi Thor,
Now I am back to not being able to post. I am getting the same error as Laura below. Thanks for looking into this, we appreciate it; no one on our team can post to our forum.
Thanks,

Emmy replied on December 08, 2009 18:40 to the question "google wont return hits for my site" in Yola:
Hello John,
What is happening here is that "gingertomantiques" and "ginger tom antiques" are two different keywords so the search engine will list you differently for each.
gingertomantiques is part of your domain name so I can see why you would list first for this. I am going to give you a link to our Knowledge Book topic on keyword searches which will give you more information on how this works: Getting listed for keyword searches.
I hope this helps!

Hi Mike,
We have just tested Safari and it works using this browser as well. Can you give that a try?

A comment on the question "The Yola blog NEVER works! WHY???" in Yola:
Hi Mike,
Did you see my last post about using Internet Explorer? I marked this answered because it is "answered" even though the bug is not yet solved. This is our way of moderating threads so we stay on top of what has had employee involvement or what has been answered. Sorry if that was confusing. If you would be willing to give IE a try that would be great. If not, good luck on your future endeavors! – Emmy, on December 08, 2009 17:56

Hi gfjoke,
Ok, so there is a workaround for this! You will only have this trouble if you are using Firefox. So if you switch your browser to IE you will be able to keep the video post and also add more posts. I hope that will help!

Hello rpsurplus,
Here is a link to a thread with more information on creating product options: Adding product options.
Unfortunately I am not sure how to create a "bundle" of products where items could be removed by the purchaser. Possibly someone else here on the forum will have some ideas about how to do this.
Kind Regards,
Emmy
A comment on the question "2 column layout not working as expected!?" in Yola:
@Esteban: If you are still having trouble after trying Duke's suggestion let us know. Also, if you can give us a link to your website so we can take a look that would be helpful.
@Duke: I have to say that I also like the "Two Column Widget" as you are able to set the column width to what you would like. – Emmy, on December 08, 2009 16:50

Hi gfjoke,
I wanted to touch base with you on this. This is definitely a bug with adding embed code to blog posts. I have logged this and our engineers will be taking a look at it.
What I can suggest at this time is that you add a link to any YouTube videos from a blog post. Unfortunately I cannot give anything exact as to when a fix will go out for this.
We are very sorry for the inconvenience and do appreciate your patience while we work on this.
Thanks,
Emmy
