We're very sorry but we haven't received your fax. We confirm faxes and port submissions within 24 hours after receipt. Sometimes, customers fax in blank sheets (could be the back of the LOA, for example) and we have no way to determine who the faxes are from.
We'll send you the link again to your support ticket and we'll get your number ported asap after receipt.

In the meantime, you can send your girlfriend a gift voucher to top up her account.

If you are traveling or are not in the US, you can have your virtual number forwarded to your non-US phone (for voice and tex messaging).

If you don't have a 3jam virtual number, users won't be able to send you messages unless you initiate a conversation with them from 3jam.
If you purchase a 3jam virtual number, anyone sending a text message to this number will be placed into a conversation with you, including the web Inbox.
What number were you sending the text message to and which site were you using?

Hi Amit,
No you do not have to start a conversation to have messages go to your Inbox. Conversations will automatically be started for you if you have never received a message from a new sending party.
Are you not receiving messages in your Inbox? If so, one reason could be that your text message preference for your virtual number is "Do nothing", where messages will not be forwarded to you.
If you would like messages to be delivered to you, please set the preference accordingly.
If you are still unable to receive messages in your Inbox, please send a support request to support AT 3jam.com (replace AT with @) with your virtual number and the phone number that is sending the mesage, and we'll be happy to help figure out what is going on.
