If you have permission to add pages you just need to go to the top right hand corner of the screen and click on the "Create a page" link. If it doesn't let you click on it then you need to get permission, which for that wiki is probably done by clicking on the "To edit this page, join this workspace" in the right hand panel just a little below the "Create a page" link. Good luck!
Ethan White replied on July 04, 2009 02:13 to the question "Archiving our wiki into pbwebspace?" in PBwiki:
Depending on how many pages you have Iterasi (https://www.iterasi.net/) might be an option. It archives individual pages for you, they're available on the web and can be made publicly accessible. I use it to archive my student's blogs. The down side is that it works one page at a time so if you have a large wiki or were hoping to have the entire site in one navigable package this might not work.
There is also a Firefox Add-on - ScrapBook (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/fire...; I haven't used this one personally) that will allow you to archive an entire site, but it does this to a local machine so you'd have to figure out how to make it available to your assessors.
The only other thing that I can think of would be that PBworks is capable of cloning wikis (you just need to email support), so if your wiki was small enough to fit in a free account (or if you can afford to maintain the upgrades for multiple sites) you could have them clone it and then lock down editing so it just serves as an archive.
Good luck. Let us know if you figure something out.

Both "Support forums" are links to Get Satisfaction... The first being getsatisfaction.com/barcamp while the later being getsatisfaction.com/pbwiki. If this isn't their official support area, they should remove that link.
That is something posted by the admins on the barcamp wiki not by the folks at PBworks. The "Help" link in the top right hand corner is the one posted by PBworks, so if you have a problem with the linking in the sidebar talk to barcamp.
I'm sure there isn't anything special about my account that this should be happening just for me.
This feature works fine on our wiki so I'm guessing that this may well be specific to the barcamp wiki or some small subset of wikis.

That sounds like the sort of thing you should email support about (support@pbworks.com) or file a ticket by clicking the Help link in the top right hand corner of the wiki. They will generally get back to your right away and track down whatever is causing the non-standard behavior.

Hi Steve - you could do this using a JS-Kit poll:

JS-Kit code can be inserted into the HTML/Javascript plugin. It would give you the basic functionality, but I'm not sure about your particular restrictions.

Ethan White gave praise in JS-Kit on January 06, 2009 14:01:
Great product with great supportJS-Kit makes some really nice widgets for getting feedback from and involving users in your website (comments, ratings, reviews, polls, etc. On top of that they have VERY helpful and engaged support folks. I had an issue putting one of their widgets on a hosted wiki and while I was discussing the issue with the wiki host here on Get Satisfaction, someone from JS-Kit showed up, pointed one of their engineers to the problem and they proceeded to help solve the issue. I've been very impressed with these folks and recommend them whole heartedly.
