Thanks for the quick response.
Initially I tried clicking the 'connect to..." button on the shared documents panel and inputting my colleagues' IP. A sillouette appears next to the see://XXX. etc, but is not connected.
Following the help file, I also looked for the 'copy sharing URL' option in the file menu, but it is greyed out.
As I said, we have had it working once, although I am not sure of the steps we used to get there. I suspect that we used subEtha to establish the link, which was then picked up by Coda.
BTW The other thing I noticed (on that one occasion) was that the hilite colour for both of us was the same - not sure if that should be like that.
We are still using the demo version of Coda, prior to making the decision to use it in our company - would this make a difference?-

Howdy! Sorry for any trouble. We'll need a bit more information in order to diagnose this properly (like what steps you're taking, what message you're getting, if there's an error, etc.) — do you mind sending an e-mail to the coda support box? Then Tim can work with you directly to dig in. Thanks in advance!

can't get file sharing to workI can't seem to get the file sharing, subetha style thing to work... or at least, I had it working once, and now can't repeat it.
I installed subetha, then unintsalled it as I thought it might be confusing Coda. I've set up the ports on my router (as has my colleague), and yet we still seem unable to work on a shared document over the internet.
Any ideas?
