A comment on the problem "Re-enter license key when upgrading mockups" in Balsamiq:
I'm at the latest version now...I'll record it next time there's an upgrade – fitzgeraldsteele, on December 02, 2009 15:45

(Mac Pro, for what its worth)
No, I'm not uninstalling first. Whenever I've upgraded, I go to the page you referenced, open the .air file and select 'Replace.' Everytime, Mockups has forgotten that I'm registered, and I have to enter the serial key.
This isn't a major problem by any means, but wanted to report it.

Re-enter license key when upgrading mockupsIt seems like every time I upgrade mockups (download and install the latest version from http://www.balsamiq.com/products/mock...), I have to re-enter my license key.
Does anyone else have that problem?
Am I upgrading incorrectly?

Pre/Post Session QuestionnairesAnother thing I would like to see in Silverback is some capability for pre/post session questionnaires. I'm currently using an external app (Google Spreadsheet forms) to gather user feedback. But some type of simple way to ask users some Likert-style and/or open ended questions before and after the session would be really slick!

Show Audio Input Levels on Sessions PageI'm enjoying Silverback for our usability testing!
Would it be possible to add some type of audio leveling feedback to the Start Sessions page? The iSight preview is great to make sure the user is in the right place. Similarly, it would be helpful to have some indication of the audio levels (similar to Sounds Preferences Pane > Input). That way, I can see that the mic is picking up the user well enough, and that there isn't too much background noise.
Thanks guys, keep it up!
