Sorry for any inconvenience.
G-Diddy replied on October 21, 2009 15:18 to the question "IS there an address book? It is a needed feature." in BunkerMail:
Currently we have an Auto Complete feature in the Send Page that remembers the users you've already sent messages to.
The Address Book feature is on the development roadmap for a future release. At this point I'm not sure when it will be, but it's definitely a feature that will be in BunkerMail soon.
G-Diddy replied on October 08, 2009 18:40 to the question "Why is access to Administration area denied?" in BunkerMail:
I'm sorry for the confusion. The Administration console is only available to designated group administrators. The next release of BunkerMail will allow only these users the ability to see that button. At that point there will be no second Authentication.
The Administration console is used for groups that want to be billed on a group basis as opposed to individually. Contact us at info@globalcrypto.com if you want to set be up as a group.
Thanks
G-Diddy replied on September 09, 2009 14:18 to the question "How really safe?" in BunkerMail:
The message and attachments are encrypted before they are sent from your machine with keys that only the recipient can unlock. So only the recipient or recipients can un-encrypt the message and attachments.
Once you send a message the recipient(s) will have a notification sent to the email address you specify. In that notification will be a link for them to sign up for Bunkermail. Once they sign up and authenticate, the message will be opened up automatically for them. From there they can download any attachments to their computer.
The message and attachments are not decrypted on any server. Only the recipient can decrypt them.
I hope this helps.

Use your regular email like you normally do, but when you want to send something that needs to be secure and/or you want to make sure someone's read it use Bunkermail.
Bunkermail uses your email address as your id in the system. When you receive a bunkermail message the system will send you an email notification to the email address that you signed up with. That notification will contain a link for you to receive your secure bunkermail message.
I hope this helps.

Please DO NOT delete your Outlook account. While you can use Bunkermail much like email, it is NOT an email replacement. It's for ad hoc secure file transfer. We simply use email to notify you that you've received a bunkermail.
Use bunkermail when you want to be sure your data is secure and only the intended recipient can view and save any attachments. Bunkermail also has indicators for when a recipient has viewed and/or digitally signed a message acknowledging receipt.
