I'm truly sorry to hear you'r having problem with our support. I will enquire with my team to understand what happened.

As for your issue (which is the most important thing), when looking into our user base, I can't find a login attached to your email. Are you sure that southwesternlady@netzero.net is the email you used during registration?

In any case, try this link: http://www.cafe.com/Registration/Forg... you will be able to type different emails/logins to find back your password.
