If you're having problems with the temp codes, please email us at support-inbox@snapvine.com with as much detail as possible. Let us know:
1) Your phone provider
2) The exact steps you're taking
3) What you're hearing
We're working hard to fix the problem, but we need everyone's help so we can better trouble shoot and correct this. Thanks for all your input everybody!-

i have the same problem too. i tried entering it twice exactly the way it appears but it did not enter!! -

maybe you are letting to much time go by before calling. Try calling the # then clicking on record by mic or what ever the other tab says when it is getting ready to ask for the temp. code click over to the other tab and put the new code. -

Temp code never workingWhen I try calling to record my voice message, or leave someone else a message, I enter the temporary code exactly as it is on the screen when it's asked for, but it says that my code doesn't match the records. Help?
