I keep receiving messages that state, e.g., "Check it! Isbiz is a fan and is now added your updates on their New in My Neighborhood page." When I visit the user's profile, I do not find any listings for my blog in their New in My Neighborhood page, nor have they joined my community or made it a Favorite.

What, exactly, does this message mean? I've been thanking dozens of people for joining, only to find they aren't members!
