Font size has slightly increased on my networkThe words, sentences and columns on our Site (http://clubeglamour.socialgo.com) were aligned in the left and in the right, and suddently this afternoon the letters become bigger, and all the structure and the beauty of this alignment disapeared!
Can anyone tell us what happened? Why the letters in the Site now are bigger?
It keep happening more and more errors... when it gonna stop?
PLEASE HELP US!!!!!!!!!!!!

THIS NIGHT ALL MEMBERS CAN'T ENTER OUR PAGES (JUST COULD ENTER IN "MY PROFILE" PAGE) AND IT APPEARS THIS ERROR THAT WE SEND IN A PRINT SCREEN!
Administrator and Viewers of the website that don't made the login can view the pages, but when members make the login this error blocks all pages (we tried with Internet Eplorer 8 and Modzilla Firefox 3.5.2).
Dear Friends from Socialgo, this constant critical errors it's getting more and more annoiyng. We remeber you that now you're not in BETA, and we loose members with this unprofessional errors from Socialgo :(

VIDEO CHAT NOT WORKING AND WITH LOTS OF BUGSLots of members are insatisfied with VIDEO CHAT:
- some cannot connect (it opens the window but the connection never starts)
- there's a lot of bugs for who's receiving the invitation (like the Print Screen that we send wheres's just appears "Refuse" and even that don't work, and keeps in the site and we press and don't disapear)
- lots of them have seen the first CHAT from Socialgo and that work, and with it they can maintained their conversations
SO PLEASE PUT AGAIN YOUR FIRST CHAT FROM SOCIALGO, OR SPEAK WITH WIDGETLABORATORY ABOU THE BUGS

Thanks for your answer. When our Widget would be avaible for other persons, networks and blogs?
We don't want to show all the widget on the details page, we want it like other Widgets. But when we finished the steps to do it, it was appearing the entire widget don't know why...
Now in that page appears: "This widget is unavailable."
Why?

Keep showing age & 5 severe problems/changesWe anounce 1 new problem:
1) When a new member put in their privacy elements to hide his/her age, it keeps appearing in the New members page (example: 13 years because you have wrong pre-configured this age of 13 to the people that don't put his birthday date).
...And remeber 5 very severe problems/changes that you made:
1) More than half part of our members aren't receive our letters from "Message All Members". We had to create a new data base with all e-mails from the network, and for us this change is causing a lot of problems. Now with this limitations we not gonna use "Message All Members";
2) Almost all our members keeps teeling us that the fact tha we don't have skins for Profiles, makes the Social Site very booring and all pages identical;
3) Is urgent for us (Site in Portuguese) that Language Editor have all words, sentences, help, conditions, and letters for us to translate;
4) For us it was a mistake from you too to eliminate your original Chat (you should have ask or put the possibility for us to have or not to have that);
5) The Socialgo's Servers seems to be less faster than usual, and we see that when there's a lot of people on-line.

to hide half of the Chat in your window, like others Widgets.
The Width and Height of our Widget are correct, but you just show half in your normal show-widget window.

Video Chat not working (previously called Who-Im)The Video Chat (the version of Who-Im with webcam+mic) is not working. Even don't appear on the pages!

ALL SOCIALGO'S AND ZOCKU USERS, PLEASE READ AND AGREE WITH THISDear User's and Staff from Socialgo and Zocku:
1o. IT'S NOT ACCEPTABLE THAT WE HAVE TO CREATE A NEW DATA BANK FOR ALL E-MAILS OF OUR NETWORK MEMBERS, BECAUSE IT'S DEFAULTED CHOSEN THAT THEY HAVE TO CONFIRM HER E-MAILS (most of our new members don't make this confirmation, and never receive again our information e-mails, and the warning messages from other members. We are loosing feedback from our regular and new members, and for our Social network it means to introduce more than 3.500 e-mails);
2o. WHO CHOOSE THAT IT WAS BETTER NOT TO HAVE THE SOCIALGO'S CHAT WITH VIDEO AND AUDIO OPTIONS? EVEN WITH SOME PROBLEMS, IN A NEAR FUTURE WE HAVE SURE THAT IT WAS BETTER TO HAVE THIS CHAT FEATURE, THAN NOT HAVE IT AT ALL! (the Widgetlaboratory Video Chat don't keep the conversation, and when you answer you loose the previous things that the person said to you... for CHAT it's not so good at all, and Socialgo Crew almost had his Chat stable);
3o. REMEMBER THE CREW THAT IT IS URGENT TO HAVE SKINS FOR MEMBERS CUSTOMIZE THEIR OWN PROFILES.
Please let's all say that it's better to our members receive our messages by default (with no confirmation needed), that we need again the first Socialgo Chat, and Skins for profiles.
