    MOST OF THE PREMIUM FEATURES AREN ́T WORKING, SO WHY PAY?
    SOCIALGO... YOU MUST LISTEN AND NOT CENSURER WHAT YOUR FUTURE FAITHFULL CLIENTES LIKE US SAY. THERE ARE LOTS OF PREMIUM FEATURES THAT DON ́T RUN CORRECTLY IN OUR NETWORK:

    - When we have lots of members on-line at the same time the site runs a lot slower between pages. I don ́t think that we having more bandwidth (50Gb on Premium instead 10Gb on Free Plan), is gonna improve this at all;

    - With Admin.Control System and Custom site designer and layout, we can run our own advertising, we don ́t need Premium Plan to do that;

    - Widget store like you say is coming soon... but is not running;

    - Only the first page of the Blogs is ok, the second and the follow pages disapeared from the members profile pages;

    - The Live Video/Audio chat most of the times fails the connection (or just show a grey screen without the accept/cancel options), and because the site isn ́t showing correctly all the on-line members, we can ́t open chat with them, because the chat option don ́t appear (but they are logged)

    - Advanced layout manager, once more you ́re saying that is coming soon... when?

    - The Network Owners like me that need to translate all to Portuguese, don ́t even have all the words, sentences and letters in Language Editor (how can we grow more, if our members don ́t understand the site?);

    - The members keep logged out from the site, loosing what they were doing, with no reason what so ever;

    - It ́s ugly a paying site showing errors like ""blockquotes>" and " ' ' ' ' ' ' ' ' '' in the Activity Feed (Home Page!!!!) and in the Latest Activity (Members Profiles), and those members that don ́t put they ́re birth date appear with 98 or 13 years old;

    - And almost all members call the socialgo boring and ugly, because don ́t have skins to customise they're profile pages (all site looks the same).

    SO, ONCE MORE WE SAY: YOU MUST ASK YOURSELFS IF IT ́S CORRECT TO ASK NORMAL PREMIUM PLAN PAYMENTS, IF YOU DON ́T HAVE ALL THESES THINGS RUNNING LIKE THE PLAN SAY?!

    I agree with Rudy and Shy Matsi. We have installed too the WHO-IM from Widget Laboratory that shows correctly who ́s on-line, and the Site and the Chat shows just a few people on-line, and we have sure there are a lot more! (http://clubeglamour.socialgo.com).

    List of issues I have with premium options and plans
    I INSIST IN THESE SEVERE PROBLEMS THAT ARE STILL TO BE SOLVED, AND THEY ARE MOST OF THE "PREMIUM" EXCLUSIVE FEATURES THAT YOU WANT US TO PAY. IF THESE AREN ́T RUNNING WELL, WHY SHOULD WE DECIDE TO HAVE A "PREMIUM PLAN"?

    Justifies to pay $24.99 per month just to have Full API access (that most of the Owners don ́t know how to wor with), no SocialGO advertising, and to have just our own URL (we can mantain http://xxxxxx.socialgo.com)? I DON ́T THINK SO!

    Hi Socialgo crew,

    Like I say in the title money is not the issue, but can you see this problems in my almost 800 ́s members social network (http://clubeglamour.socialgo.com)? If we have to pay, can you please have more attention to what we say? I ́m using Internet Explorer 7 SP2

    - MEMBERS KEEP LOGGED OUT FROM THE SITE WITH NO REASON WHAT SO EVER(not so many times than usual happened, but keeps happen, and they loose what they were doing)

    - MEMBERS BLOGS IN THE PAGES 2 AND HAED DISAPERED

    - KEEP APPEARING "blockquote>" AND ERRORS LIKE THIS IN ACTIVITY FEED (HOMEPAGE) AND IN THE LATEST ACTIVITY (MEMBERS PROFILES)

    - WE STILL DON ́T HAVE ALL THE WORDS, SENTENCES AND TEXT LETTERS IN LANGUAGE EDITOR, SO WE CAN TRANSLATE IN PORTUGUESE, how can we grow up, if our members don ́t understand lots of words, and keep receiving our mails in english??? even in the Homepage we have words like ""__ and __ are now friends" that we can ́t translate!

    - THE MEMBERS THAT DON ́T PUT THE DATE THAT THEY WERE BORN, THE SITE ASSUME FOR DEFAULT 13 OR 98 YEARS FOR ALL

    - NOT ALL MEMBERS THAT ARE ON-LINE APPEAR IN THE CHAT OPTIONS

    - LOTS OF TIMES THE CHAT CALL DON ́T ARRIVE TO THE DESTENY, OR THEIR SCREENS JUST FILL BLACK WITHOUT THE ACCEPT OR CANCEL CALL

    For me, all these things are bad for your "start paying service", because in my Companies if we receive we must have the minimum services running correctly!

    PS - I remember you that almost every members remind us that SocialGo don ́t have skins for customize their profiles, and the site seems all equal and booring.

    I have the same problem too, Tim. And in mine lots of errors appers in the EDIT PROFILE SECTION TOO.

    And besides the LANGUAGE EDITOR isn ́t recording our changes.

    THE "LANGUAGE EDITOR" IS NOT RECORDING THE NEW WORDS AND SENTENCES THAT WE PUT, AND THERE ́S A LOT OF ERRORS (PROGRAM LANGUAGE) IN ACTIVITY FEDD (WHEN A NEW BLOG IS ENTERED), AND ALL OVER THE EDIT PROFILE SECTION

    IN ACTIVITY FEED:

    - tigresasonhadora escreveu um novo blog: &";amp;quot;NAO DESISTIREI...".<blockquote>AINDA que eu CAMINHE SOZINHA por essa ESTRADA... E encontre apenas PEDRAS e OBSTACULOS... Que NÃO encontre a PALAVRA AMIGA... O SORRISO reconfortante.. Que NÃO encontre o APOIO necessario.. Que O INCENTIVO a continuar se faça ...</blockquote>" (LOTS OF PROGRAM LANGUAGE BETWEEN THE ACTIVITY OF A NEW BLOG)

    - Foto de Perfil: altera-a aqui ->";" (THE TEXT IN THE HEAD OF THE PROFILE PHOTO)

    - <";span style="text-decoration: underline;">My Photos (o Album das tuas fotos)<br /><br />utiliza o botao BROWSE embaixo para procurares 1 Foto para o teu Perfil Glamour, procura a pasta, a Foto e tecla "abrir"(open).
