Whew. I was missing a step in the processs. When you get the application page, there is a button that says "go to application." Only after I clicked that button did the app show up in my list of fb apps, and then everything worked as described in the instructions. Thank you!

Hello, sorry to hear you are having problems. Go to http://www.facebook.com/apps/applicat... to see if you have it installed or not, and if so, uninstall and try again.....let us know what happens, I had some difficulty with my own profile but was able to get it to show etc so hopefully we can get yours up!!

Hello, I have tried these instructions, but to no avail. The app doesn't appear anywhere in my profile or apps list. FB seems to think I've already added it, though. Since I can't see it, I can't uninstall it.

If you have already created your page and missed the team details page we here on the support desk will have to add your page to a team. You get to the team page by first going to the non-profit's Firstgiving page and following the step by step process to create your page and/or register for an event. If the organization has the team function turned on for the event you will come across the team details page, if not you will not find any indication of teams. If you need instructions on how to follow the page creation process you will find a posting on this Get Satisfaction page, or you can contact us at our support e-mail support@firstgiving.com for instructions. It is helpful if you include your full name, the name of the non-profit organization and the event you wish to participate in. Thank you.

I still cannot find my team, I dont see how you get to a page on this website were you can click on your team.
Also, somehow my team name got messed up, I know i didnt enter it like that.
How can I correct my team name?

At this time Firstgiving only accepts credit cards for donations. For information about donating with cash or check, you will need to contact the non-profit directly.

If you accidently register twice for an event all you need to do is let us know on the support desk and we will delete the duplicate registration in our database, E-mail us at support@firstgiving.com

We have had some very successful fundraisers using that use two pages to accomplish this. Check out Rey Roy. He raised money for two charities, and then used our widgets to represent them both on his blog. Check out the right sidebar.
