If I ever re-install Songbird I'll have a look. Nothing I have ever seen compares to Tag & Rename... I have been looking for a Linux match but nothing has even come close.

I dunno if you have ports to other platforms however please note that case sensitivity is also an issue. I have over 6000 albums archived and of course not all of my tags are perfect (i.e. use "In" instead of "in"). Not at all fun fixing that either.

Thanks for listening. Thankfully Tag & Rename works via wine. If it didn't this problem would take me months to fix.
