I'd like to see a "recent activity by company" indicator

When I visit the getsatisfaction page for a product/service, I'd like to see an indicator of how much the company is involved in answering people's questions/problems. I've often seen product pages on getsatisfaction where the user feedback is very frequent, but no official reps bother to answer anything for months, even though they have registered themselves on getsatisfaction.
So I propose giving companies a bad score if user comments are accumulating and there's no official answer for, say, more than a month or so.

It's nice to see the new comments on the dashboard, but they appear out of context. I'd like to see new comment indicators (and perhaps a couple of comments too) below each design on the project homepage

Client often suggest things in a note that are out of context. I'd like the option to post an answer there (not open a discussion, just a brief comment)

Exactly, you can't select every single tweet by mouse (some twitter clients actually expect you to do this!), and pressing the up arrow to move to the next one is cumbersome. And, of course, one would also need the shortcut to "mark all as read". – gterez, on April 20, 2009 16:57

I love Twitteriffic's collapsed view of tweets, I like moving through them by pressing the space bar to get to the next one. The always-expanded list of tweets adds too much noise, I think. I'd like to have the option to collapse them.

Thanks for the quick response Joe, unfortunately this didn't work. Access for assistive devices was enabled. I did try disabling it and enabling it again, didn't do anything... (btw, I didn't get a dialog to enable it)

Mac data collector hangs up, can't get it to work

The data collector is unbelievably slow, I always get the spinning ball. It's so slow I never managed to see the preferences, so I can't set my account info and it never worked for me!

(CPU usage is minimal, practically zero. I'm using Firefox as my primary browser, MacBook Pro 2.5GHz, 4GB ram, Mac OS X 10.5.5)
