Hans Gallis replied on December 23, 2009 10:46 to the question "How do I delete a wall?" in Symphonical:
When you archive the wall, the wall is not 100% deleted. To delete the wall completely you must delete the wall from the archive. This is to secure our users from deleting stuff that was not meant to be deleted. Also, when archiving a wall (or any other object) it will be hidden from the main menus.

Thanks for the feedback and great ideas. We have worked on the e-mail and general communication aspects within the system the last months. So far we have solved idea 2. and 4. We're right now working to solve idea 1.
Idea 3 will be handled next year and idea 5 is a more longterm requirement which we hope to handle together with f.ex. Google Wave.

Hans Gallis replied on December 19, 2009 16:27 to the problem ""Notes without possition"" in Symphonical:
Thanks a lot for your praise regarding the new design and usability.
Regarding the notes that are placed in the box at the top of the wall:
In this box you can place any notes that you create. Also, if you create notes in another view, the new notes will appear in the box. In this way you will always see new notes in this container (if the notes are created in another view). I'm not sure if you know this, but you can always click on the "+" symbol at the top left of the box. The box will then collapse and not disturb your work.
We appreciate your feedback and will see if we can find another way to place the notes (to remove the disturbing box). Maybe you have an idea of how we can solve the "box"-problem? If so, we would love to hear from you.
I hope this answer was helpful :)

Hans Gallis replied on October 15, 2009 07:15 to the question "Googledocs" in Symphonical:
OK.
Hans Gallis replied on October 14, 2009 21:50 to the question "Googledocs" in Symphonical:
Hei!
Hans Gallis replied on October 03, 2009 13:49 to the idea "Lapper bør ha den "gamle" comment-funksjonaliteten, Conversations er overkill" in Symphonical:
Takk for tilbakemeldingen.

Hans Gallis replied on June 17, 2009 07:16 to the question "Endringer i vedlegg" in Symphonical:
Hans Gallis set one of Hans Gallis' replies as an official response to "subscription not received" in Symphonical
Hans Gallis replied on May 29, 2009 08:55 to the problem "subscription not received" in Symphonical:
Thanks alot for your feedback John Vidar. The subscription should work, but I think the reason for not receiving any subscriptions by e-mail is because you will not get any e-mail if you have read all the conversations already.
That is: You will only receive e-mail reports if there are conversations or conversation posts you haven't read yet.
Do you think this could be the reason?
Hans Gallis replied on May 18, 2009 19:27 to the idea "login box" in Symphonical:
I definitely see your need for this kind of increased usability. However, there is huge trade-off regarding this feature: If we provide a login box directly on the website, it will be impossible to support our users with an encrypted login without having to create the whole first page in HTTPS. This will make the first page much slower. Actually, the different websites that provide you with a direct login-box either does not support encrypted login (which is not good) or they provide the whole first page in HTTPS.
Was this answer possible to understand? If not, please give me a hint and I will explain it more thoroughly.
We would really like to hear what you prefer based on the explanation above.
