A comment on the idea "Make a google gadget" in Get Satisfaction:
This is a nice idea too, though it's different from what I had in mind; I'm talking about a gadget through which people can give feedback for a company that's using getSatisfaction for community-driven customer support – a gadget that could be installed on a Google Sites page – rather than an administrative gadget that an individual (whether a part of a company or not) could use to manage his or her set of getSatisfaction pages and posts. While the latter would be useful, it's not quite as high a priority for me as the former. – Gavin White, on October 30, 2009 23:36

I'd love to see this too, or another sales CRM system – I'm not yet totally sold on salesforce. – Gavin White, on October 20, 2009 23:17-

Improve the sound quality of your videosOn the video titled "Using a Customer Community as Your Primary Support Channel" (at http://getsatisfaction.com/uses/prima...) the sound quality is really low – I can barely hear it, even without any background noise and my speakers turned all the way up.

Gavin White reported a problem in Last.fm on March 12, 2009 23:02:
itunes error -54 when streaming via lastfmproxyHaving set up lastFMproxy as described on macosxhints, I am enjoying playing my last.fm stream through my Airport Express base stations around the house... and putting up with a bizarre new error thrown by iTunes.
The error text is this:
The itunes library files cannot be saved. An unknown error occurred (-54).
A quick search of the net suggests that this is related somehow to file locking. I'm given the option to never see the message again, but ... I'd really rather not bury my head in the sand regarding future such errors. Any suggestions for repairing this?

Make a google gadgetMake a Google Gadget for your feedback engine! Then, I could readily add it to the Google Site for my company (which I maintain through Google Apps for Your Domain).
A comment on the problem "Track Command Not Recognized - tweets instead" in Twitter:
Oh, actually I just had tweettrak's user name wrong. So maybe I can use it as a workaround. In any case, I hope you get this feature restored soon as an integrated part of your service. Thanks! – Gavin White, on March 01, 2009 11:02
Gavin White marked one of Amy Muller's replies in Get Satisfaction as useful. Amy Muller replied to the question "As an employee, can I change my official title?". Gavin White and 10 other people think it's one of the best replies.
