We are still see this problem in production today. We are live with Get Satisfaction today. Attaching another screenshot from our production environment. This only happens when the URL of the Cortera page is HTTPS. We have some pages that are secure and some that aren't. We have domain alias setup: feedback.cortera.com/cortera
In order to see the problem on our site:
1. Go to start.cortera.com
2. Log in with the following credentials
u: mckinney.carrie@gmail.com
p: car123
3. Search for 'Semitool' company name
4. Click the top link in the search results
5. Click on the 'Feedback' tab
6. Click on 'See and Rate more ideas...' link

Help Desk replied on November 28, 2009 12:36 to the problem "IE 8/Opera 10 FastPass support" in Get Satisfaction:
----------------------------------------------
Josh D., Nov 28 04:36 am (PST):
Actually, this works in IE8 once I fixed the SSL issues. I have a feeling that this might also be the issue in Opera, but I'm not sure since I can't really debug easily from there. It's not working in my virtual machine running Windows 7 and Opera 10.10. Please assist, as we have more than one customers upset by this.

----------------------------------------------
thor, Sep 02 11:09 am (PDT):
This was the consequence of people who had multiple accounts setup inside Get Satisfaction. If they unfollowed a topic with one account and were still following it with another account they would still receive email updates. The fix is to limit yourself to one account.

----------------------------------------------
thor, Jul 23 11:18 pm:
Hi Arielle,
We'll get this working for you tomorrow (Friday). The problem is that your footer customization relied on our old html and css which changed with this release. If your footer had been independent it would have been intact during the transition.
Apologies for the hiccup.
