Henry reported a problem in Google on April 08, 2009 09:30:
Gmail is slow to respond and frequently displays a "Still Working" message.I use Gmail alot and love it. It's normally really responsive and zippy.
However over the last few months it's now really slowed down and frequently displays a "Still Working" message.
This is incredibly frustrating and effectively delays my access to my email. There appear to be lots of other people that have this problem too. http://twitter.com/timeline/home#search?q=gmail+slow-

Henry shared an idea in Wordpress on March 29, 2009 12:35:
Offer alternative web analytics toolsI realise that Wordpress already use Google Analytics to monitor the site at a higher level, but this means that users can't now use this tool to monitor their own sites - which is a pity.
I find the web analytics on Wordpress.com limited. It would be great if you could provide some alternative tools that customers can use.

Henry replied on March 11, 2009 17:32 to the problem "drafts and duplicates are showing up in archived threaded conversations" in Postbox, Inc.:
OMG! I've just experienced this first hand. It's terrifying! I can see eight progressive drafts of an email I've written in the thread in my Gmail account.
I'm glad your workaround appears to fix or at prevent the problem from reoccuring but then I don't get my sent messages appearing in the useful threading feature.-

A comment on the problem "Google services down?" in Google Reader:
This status page is really useful. Why don't you make it more public? e.g. perhaps serve it up when you're experiencing outages? – Henry, on March 10, 2009 14:29-
