A comment on the idea "Use Flickr as an image service" in atebits:

My personal sticking point with all image hosts but Flickr is that I don't have, or want, an account with them. So there's no way to aggregate my own content under my own account unless I use Flickr. I want to be able to find my content, and allow my non-Twitter friends to see it. I downloaded the app today, so I assume 1.4.1. A quick look at the version confirms this.

I had to sign in with my mobile phone number (left password alone), and it worked fine.

My email is: "brad+foursquare@MYDOMAIN.com".

So after some digging, it seems like the password I used didn't work via the desktop client (but did work in the web client).

Here's the password (I've since changed it so no problem):

Could the percent sign be incorrectly URL encoded by the desktop client? Seems likely.

I've downloaded the latest version of the Mac application (post segmentation fault fix), and whilst it no longer crashes (thanks for that quick fix!), I can't log in.

A few things:

- This log entry is added: 20/06/2009 22:28:27 [0x0-0xb00b0].com.rescuetime.RescueTime[1075] proxy_port set to sn_0_721072 (and my port is always set to "sn_0_721072" when it starts up);
- My username and password work fine when logging in to the website, and I've tried this a few times to be sure;

The error message I get is: "Activation Failed! Invalid username or password"

Any ideas?

Why does the Agile Keychain format have ~800Kb of HTML and CSS files in it? Is this for "web viewing"? If so, could you make it optional? I'm not a big fan of having to synchronise all this stuff I'll never use (I have an iPhone so don't need the portable keychain functionality).

I can confirm that my Twitter account is private and I have this issue, but it still shouldn't be a problem. A Twitter API client I've written myself can resolve this issue easily enough (in fact it doesn't have this issue).
